• Assistance in development of specifications with Client

- We will ensure all technical specifications requirements are defined accurately within the Request for Quotation's (RFQ) technical specifications package including drawings, data sheets,operating conditions,bill of materials,source inspection plans,vendor data requirements, and packaging requirements.

It is a major cost and time saver when you define 'exactly' it is what you require from the seller by producing  quality accurate bid documents. If the bidder can ascertain immediately your detailed technical requirements, and not require timely delays and manpower costs for both parties due to clarifying technical issues, the whole purchasing process (time of need identified to time of delivery of goods) will be shortened, and your equipment will arrive when you require it!  


• Development of Commercial Terms and Conditions


- Should your company not already have your own Terms and Conditions for Purchase; Purchasing Options Inc. will assist you in developing Commercial Terms and Conditions for Purchase that suit your business. Acting as your agent Purchasing Options Inc. will ensure we procure equipment and materials on your terms, not the seller's.  


• Prepare Instructions to Bidders and Form of Proposal


- Purchasing Options Inc. has developed a detailed and effective method for the Bidders to submit their proposals within. The bid documents include 'Instructions for Bidders' to follow that address issues of intent, compliance, deviations, specific instructions, pricing, weights and sizes, and delivery schedules.

-A 'Form of Proposal' document is attached to each Request for Quotation that adresses issues of pricing, alternates, spare parts & special tools, site services costs, engineering and manufacturing schedules, sub suppliers disclosure, and proposed terms of payment. Purchasing Options Inc. ensures we get all the information from the bidder so we can proceed on a timely basis with negotiations leading to the best decisions for you our valued Client.
