Purchasing Options Inc. has recently added 'Minor Contracts Formulation'* services to its listing of offered services.

Ensuring the 'Scope of Work' is definitive and fully understood by all pertinent parties is paramount to the success of your business. We will develop 'General Terms and Conditions' and 'Special Terms and Conditions' that are fair and unencumbering to all parties.

Acting as your Agent, Purchasing Options Inc. will ensure that:

The bidding process will be of a fair and competitive nature.
The 'Scope of Work' (S.O.W.) will 'detail' all aspects of the works to be performed.
All Terms and Conditions of the Contract will be well drafted and effective in providing you with protection.
Performance goals, milestone dates or benchmarks will be definitive.
Contractor(s) meets all Health and Safety Regulations, maintains adequate insurance, and works to industry standard Quality Assurance Programs.
Pre-determined amount of damages are defined in the contract in case of breach.
