• Vendor Sourcing & Qualification

We will source bids from numerous vendors to ascertain a current view of pricing, market conditions, and new technologies.

• Bid Issuance to Qualified Vendors

We will only issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) to highly rated Suppliers.

• Expediting of Bids with Vendors

We will confirm that all bidders receive the RFQ documents and understand the full scope of work. We will respond immediately to any clarifcations required by the vendor for him to submit a complete and accurate quotation. We will clarify any technical and commercial terms within the RFQ to allow the vendor to submit a quality bid.

• Key Point Contact for Commercial/Technical Clarifications
